I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 25 years of nursing experience, including critical care, emergency, trauma, and psychiatric crisis stabilization.
My career began at Massachusetts General Hospital, where I completed the Critical Care Nursing Fellowship and specialized in cardiothoracic surgery, later transitioning to mental health, where I found my true passion. I bring strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, combined with a natural ability to connect with patients and families.
As the founder of Advanced Mental Health and Wellness, my focus is on delivering compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic care that integrates both mental and physical health. I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment that prioritizes accessibility, collaboration, and patient-centered care to empower individuals to thrive.
